Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and brings extensive clinical experience across performance and rehabilitation settings. Since 2015, she has provided consultancy and management services for Gymnastics NSW, supporting Women’s and Men’s Artistic, Acrobatic, Rhythmic, and Trampoline athletes. Her expertise in this field makes her a trusted resource for athletes seeking optimal performance and effective injury prevention strategies. In 2023, Stephanie contributed directly to Gymnastics Australia during the National Clubs Gymnastics Carnival, further demonstrating her commitment to the gymnastics community.

Stephanie has collaborated closely with leading performing arts and movement institutions, including The Movement Academy, Sydney Trapeze School, Aerialize, Sydney Pole, Bobbi’s Pole Studio, Pole Athletica, Pole Dance Academy, Village Nation Performing Arts, Brent Street Performing Arts and Excite Dance and Cheer.

She has also been appointed as a physiotherapist for the cast of acclaimed productions such as Chicago, Shrek the Musical, Pippin the Musical, The Book of Mormon, Muriel’s Wedding, and Charlie & the Chocolate Factory. Her dedication to providing tailored care has made her a sought-after clinician for performers across diverse disciplines.

Stephanie is highly experienced in advanced dry needling and biomechanical analysis, using these skills to identify and address movement dysfunctions. She specialises in designing personalised prevention and rehabilitation programs, conducting athlete screenings, and delivering targeted care based on thorough assessments.
